Terms and conditions
Ai Vicerè is a guesthouse with bed and breakfast (b&b), located in the center of Palermo.
With the reservation, the Customer accepts the relative rates conditions and cancellation policy. He declares to be aware and accepts the fact that a pre-authorization will be made on the credit card, given as a guarantee, seven days before arrival for bookings with a refundable rate and that, for non-refundable rates, payment will be made of full price of the stay at the time of booking and that will not be refunded in case of cancellation or modification of the reservation.
Our property is non-smoking, inside the Guest House is therefore forbidden to smoke.
Failure to comply with this prohibition will imply a charge against the guest of a sum of € 250.00 as compensation for the necessary cleaning of all tissues present in the room.
It’s also forbidden to disturb guests with screaming, shouting or TV volume too high, as well as go to the outside bathroom naked or in underwear.
Breakfast will be served from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
The rooms in our b&b must be returned on the departure day, without fail, no later than 10:00 am.
A delay on the delivery of the room, unless otherwise agreed with the management, will be charged with an additional day of stay as a penalty.
The stay, except otherwise agreed with management, must be paid upon arrival at our b&b.
Guests can access to the rooms and to the Residenza trough coded badges. In case badges and/or keys are lost, the amount of € 15 will be charged for each badge lost or not returned, and the amount of € 15 will be charged for each key pair lost or not returned.
When booking, the guest expressly agree to these terms.
